In LioMap
Open Settings, then Delete my account. Confirm your identity and deletion. Sharing stops; connections, sessions, account data and this product’s legacy references are removed before the sign-in account is deleted. A network connection is needed to confirm completion.
Without access to the app
Email starm.web.2022@gmail.com with subject “LioMap deletion” from the address associated with your account. We verify identity before processing. Never send passwords or invitation codes.
After deletion
Phone surfaces are cleared on their next update, subject to system limits. Delete exported images and screenshots on the phone where they were saved.
